3/24.... talked with social worker about first steps, registered for fingerprints, printed CANS forms
3/27.... Dad got fingerprinted (Gardendale); Mom and Jack got fingerprinted at Brewer Porch
3/28.... Dad drops off BIG stack of paperwork at Lifeline; sees John Jenkins in parking lot!  Ha!  Tells him what we're up to!
3/29.... phone interview with social worker; mom and dad complete Prepare/Enrich survey
3/30.... dad receives fingerprint clearance
4/5.... mom and Jack receive fingerprint clearance
4/6.... told the whole family!; contacted and shared news with references

7/11.... applied for Mary's US passport
7/15.... received fingerprint notice from USCIS (thankfully, it's NOT when Jack's in Puerto Rico!)
7/25.... fingerprints in Birmingham - Mom, Dad, Jack
8/2..... first 12 dossier docs sent out for authentication
8/31.... received I800A approval!
9/1.... scanned approval to social worker; it was sent out for expedited authentication
